About Me:
If you've not met or worked with me, I am Tanya Anear… a Business & Lifestyle Coach and Mentor with a passion to inspire women to create and grow their business confidently, whilst aligned with and supporting the lifestyle they truly desire.
I have an abundance of experience and knowledge in a wide range of sectors and from running my own businesses for the past 13 years.
I am an Accredited Life Coach and use the skills that I have learnt to help you discover the best answers, strategies and actions that will take you forward.
I am also known for my out of the box, creative thinking and mindset, which enables me to help you to transform the way you work and think, to create success, fulfilment and joy for your business and you.
This membership has been created off the success of The Tuesday Club - were I have gained huge insight about what it is like to run weekly educational, engaging and inspiring sessions with a group of like minded business women.
These sessions were packed full on information and I was able to offer individual assistance too, by learning about the ladies who frequented it and their businesses.
Despite the huge lessons learnt and new insights they gained from the sessions, their lack of having teeth in the game, meant many didn't follow up with purposeful action and therefore didn't gain as much as they could have had they done so. It's where investing both time and money in yourself makes the difference.

Is there a minimum sign up period?
Yes - it’s a month. You can choose to leave any time you like if it's not for you. Although I think it will be!

Is there a Facebook Group?
Yes - there is a private Facebook group for current members. Aptly named "the business creative -hive" it promises to be an engaging space where you can form meaningful connections, share triumphs, navigate challenges, and celebrate your achievements together.
Is this only for established businesses?
Whether you have an established business or just starting out on your entrepreneurial journey, the knowledge and content covered within the membership can be adapted to almost any industry and to whatever stage you and your business are currently at.
Why is it so cheap?
It's not cheap, its affordable and offers amazing value. It's designed to help you ditch the excuses and take purposeful action, so you can finally rock your business and thrive in life.
What platform are the live sessions on?
I have created this membership with Zoom calls to encourage participation and ensure the information is as relevant as possible and the ability to answer questions.
What if I can’t make the live sessions?
If you can't make it to the live sessions, they will be recorded and available to watch in your own time, ensuring you never miss out on a moment of growth. It also means your can watch them again if you wish. "The Business Creative" is designed to accommodate your unique journey and schedule.
When are the sessions held?
They will generally be the 1st and 3rd Wednesday Evening and the 2nd and 4th Tuesday Morning... a list of session dates and times will be announced in advance so you can schedule them into your diary. If you are unable to attend, the recordings will be available to watch after and will remain in the Members Hub.
Is there anything I need to bring to the sessions?
I suggest you bring a notebook and pen to all sessions, so you can take notes. Apart from that just your enthusiasm to learn, engage and grow!
What do I get in addition to the live sessions?
As well as the huge amount of content and support you will receive within the live sessions, you will have access to the private Facebook group for further support, motivation, accountability and connection. you will also have access to the members hub on my website to access additional tools to help you.
And if that wasn't enough there will be discounts available on some of my other services.
How do I know if this membership is right for me?

How do I cancel my membership if I no longer want it?
If you decide you no longer want to continue the membership - its an easy process. You can login to your members area on the website. Within your subscription section there is a button to cancel. Any cancellations will come into effect immediately.
