 The course consists of 6 weekly, 60 minute Zoom calls, packed with energy, discussion, insights, creativity, ideas, strategies and plans.  

My coaching skills will also help you turbo charge your mindset with positivity and an inspired approach.

 

You will receive a follow up email after each call highlighting what was discussed along with the suggestions, options and plans we came up with.  It will also contain a link to the recording of our meeting so you can listen/ watch back at your leisure.  This also allows you to fully immerse in our session rather than frantically writing notes and remind you of the plans set for that week.  You will also receive regular messages to motivate, inspire and guide you through to success and What'sApp support throughout.
